Can you tell my why someone declined my deviation? I'm not mad, I just want to know why.
I haven't declined any recently (and I am the only one with the power to decline and accept work) so it may just have been because it had expired. Re-submit it if you want. Sorry. 
Oh. But I had others that were accepted. U submitted those all at the same time. But thanks for the explanation! ^^
Really, I must apologize then. The only time I decline them are if they're not cats (and trust me, that happens) or if they have already been submitted to the group.

I'm sorry about this. I have been really busy with school work lately that I haven't been able to get onto DeviantART, so I missed it. You can always re-submit it and I will accept it then.
